Reporting a puzzle that looks wrong

This is the report we most want to receive. Every puzzle is machine-checked before it ships, so if one looks broken we want to see it.

Please include the tier and puzzle number shown on the board, a screenshot if you can, and what you expected. If the app will not accept a filled board, a screenshot of the full board is enough for us to reproduce it.

Common questions

My progress disappeared.

Progress is stored on the device, so reinstalling the app or moving to a new phone starts a new save. Write to us before reinstalling if you want help.

I am stuck on a puzzle.

Open the hint sheet. The first level of hint points at the line to look at and explains the technique that applies, which is usually enough. No puzzle in the game needs guessing. See how we make puzzles.

Can I play on a tablet or in landscape?

The game is portrait-only for now, so the whole board stays readable. Tablets work, but the layout is built for phones.
